Welcome to my very first blog post! I’ll start with a little introduction! My name is Becca Saunders, I’m a 22-year-old Canadian artist from Nova
Welcome to my website! My name is Becca Saunders! I am a Painter and Illustrator based in Nova Scotia, Canada.
I grew up just outside the city of Halifax, and attended NSCAD University. I Completed my Bachelor of Fine Arts in April of 2024. My work is heavily influenced by personal lived experience. The places I’ve been, the people I meet, or the things I see inspire my pieces. I also love to explore the way shapes and light can interact in a abstract space, like glowing stars! When I’m not painting or illustrating I love crocheting, listening to music, and going for walks!
